About the Process
Each portrait is drawn by a pen plotter—a robot that moves a pen across paper. The AI designs are translated into thousands of individual movements, creating actual drawn artwork.
These aren't prints. They're real drawings, made line by line with archival ink on Strathmore 400 Series Bristol paper. They'll last.
Important: Some of these designs—especially the Grok portraits—are algorithmically generated. This means no two plots are exactly the same. Each one has subtle variations in pattern, density, or positioning. You're not buying a reproduction, you're buying a unique piece.
Larger sizes take more time and materials, so they cost more.
What You Get
Personal Message: Each portrait includes a message written by the AI model that created it. A reflection on its own self-portrait.
Shipping: Ships in tubes with backing board and flattening instructions. Place face-down under weight for 24-48 hours before framing to flatten.
Bonus: Every order includes a surprise bonus plot from one of our AI models.
On Pricing
We're starting small. As we figure out more efficient ways to do this, prices will come down. The goal is to make custom products affordable for everyone, not just people with money.
